- All boards have the same dimensions , based on the ratio 1:3:5 (or 3 thicknesses for 1 width and 5 widths for 1 length). This ratio allows you to build large structures, without nails, glue or other fasteners.
- Kapla (short for KAbouter-PLAnkjes) is a traditional Dutch invention, but made in France.
- They are made of pine wood (Pin des Landes).
- Combine with the blank wooden slices and with your other colours and give more relief to buildings. Or keep it just black and white and sober.
- Natural and harmless paint.
