What is the delivery time for my order?

Every order received by Fairplace is prepared and dispatched on the same day or at the latest, the day after the order is placed. Barring any setbacks or force majeure, your package will be delivered on the next business day. If you are not home at that time, a message will be left indicating where and when you can pick up the package. Depending on the carrier, a track & trace code will be provided to the customer.

In accordance with the Law of 6/4/2010, the maximum delivery time is thirty days, unless otherwise agreed.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders under €60, shipping costs are €6.95 within Belgium and €8.95 to the Netherlands and France. For orders of €60 or more, shipping costs are waived for Belgium, the Netherlands, and France.

Other countries are on request: send us an email and we'll check the delivery cost for you.

Who do we ship our packages with?

Our priority carrier is Bpost. We have been working with them since our inception. Sometimes we ship to the Netherlands with DHL or DPD, and in exceptional cases, we work with a transport company (for pallet shipments, such as a trampoline). If you haven't received a track & trace code or want to know where your package is, send an email to hallo@fairplace.be and we will check it for you immediately.

Not convinced by your purchase?

It can happen that a purchase disappoints you and you want to return the package. No problem, that is your legal right and also our guarantee. Please note: notify us by email at hallo@fairplace.be (within 14 days) that you wish to cancel the purchase, and sufficiently stamp your return. The costs for this are legally borne by the buyer.

Please pack the toy securely and return everything undamaged. This way, we can still make other children happy with it!

Which items can I not return?

We cannot take back everything: items that have been used, damaged by use, or ordered more than 14 days ago will not be accepted for return. Again: send us an email and we will jointly look for a solution.
