What is the delivery time for my order?
Every order received by Fairplace is prepared on the same day or at the latest the day after the order and shipped. Unless there are unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, your package will be delivered the next business day. If you are not home at that time, a message will be left stating where and when you can collect the package. Depending on the carrier, a track&trace code will be provided to the customer.
In accordance with the Law of 6/4/2010, the maximum delivery time is thirty days, unless otherwise agreed.
What are the shipping costs?
For orders under €60, the shipping costs are €6.95 within Belgium and €8.95 to the Netherlands and France. For an order of €60 or more, shipping costs are waived for Belgium, the Netherlands, and France.
Other countries are available upon request: send us an email and we will check the delivery cost for you.
Who do we ship our packages with?
Our priority carrier is Bpost. We have been working with them since we started. Sometimes we ship to the Netherlands with DHL or DPD and in exceptional cases we work with a transport company (for pallet shipments, such as a trampoline). If you have not received a track&trace code or want to know where your package is, send an email to hallo@fairplace.be and we will check it for you immediately.
Not convinced by your purchase?
It is possible that a purchase is disappointing and that you want to return the package. No problem, that is your legal right and also our guarantee. Please note: notify us by email at hallo@fairplace.be (within 14 days) that you are withdrawing from the purchase, and sufficiently package your return. By law, the costs for this are borne by the buyer.
Please pack the toys securely and send everything back undamaged. That way we can make other children happy with them too!
Which items may I not return?
We cannot accept everything back: items that have been (used), damaged by use, or ordered more than 14 days ago will not be accepted back. Here too: send us an email and we will discuss a solution.
